Face and Neck Contouring - Embrace RF
MINIMALLY INVASIVE FACE AND NECK CONTOURING
We are introducing a paradigm shift in facial countering and rejuvenation for our patients in Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C. Not until too long ago, the only solution to aging face was surgery which has many risks involved and a substantial post-operative downtime. So far, all non-invasive treatments available to improve the aging face have been minimally effective without lasting result. Although this technology is not a replacement for surgical cosmetic procedures like eyelid surgery or face lift, however; patients can see up to 70-80% improvement with minimal downtime and risks.
EMbraceRF is best for:
- Patients who had facial cosmetic surgery but have relapses and need maintenance,
- Patients who need facial cosmetic surgery but cannot have it done due to financial or health reasons
- Patients who do not want the surgery because of all associated risks like scarring.
- Patients who are not candidate for surgical procedure due to mild to moderate skin laxity and sagging
At Olney Center For Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Tebyanian uses this breakthrough minimally invasive technology to:
- Treat both superficial and deep tissues
- Improve the jaw line
- Rejuvenate the neck
- Tighten the skin in the neck and jowls
- Retain the youthful fullness of the face
- Improve skin tone
- Improve eyelids
EmbraceRF innovative, minimally invasive facial contouring treatments provide surgical results without scaring and minimal downtime. Treatments address facial and neck problem areas, offering contouring options that address skin laxity, fat coagulation and collagen remodeling. Minimally invasive facial treatments offer natural-looking results that enhance overall appearance. This technology combines three powerful novel concept, allowing Dr. Tebyanian to mold the fat of the face in strategic positions and address laxity to provide optimal, natural-looking results.
Minimally invasive face and neck treatments include:
- FaceTite an advanced contraction and contouring system, is the next best alternative to a face-lift without invasive surgery.
- Morpheus8 is a full-body subdermal adipose remodeling device (SARD) offering the deepest fractional technology.
- AccuTite is the smallest minimally invasive radiofrequency contraction device on the market, delivering precision contouring to small and delicate areas of the face like eyelids and body.
FaceTite
FaceTite is a new procedure that is comparable to a surgical facelift, without the scars. This procedure is a great option for patients with facial laxity that are looking for a procedure with minimal downtime and those that aren’t ready for traditional facelift. FaceTite is also a great option for patients with excess fullness in the jowl or neck area as Facetite can be combined with liposuction for those that are looking to contour and trim the lower face.
FaceTite provides dramatic improvement in skin laxity on the face and neck, which was previously only attainable through a surgical procedure such as a facelift. FaceTite utilizes minimally invasive radio-frequency energy to melt fat, tighten skin and stimulate collagen formation on the face and neck.
The Benefits of FaceTite:
FaceTite has several advantages over a traditional facelift:
- Minimally invasive: The procedure is performed using only minor incisions and can be performed under local anesthesia or moderate sedation.
- Little Downtime: Most patients can return to a reasonable level of activity within 48 hours of the procedure and return to work within 3-5 days.
- Little to no scarring: Because the incisions are tin, the scarring is minimal and virtually invisible. The small incisions heal rapidly, leaving no evidence behind.
FAQ:
WHAT KIND OF PROCEDURE CARE IS REQUIRED?
FaceTite is a minimally invasive procedure performed under local anesthesia or light sedation. Post procedure, patients can go home and resume regular activities shortly after. Wearing a compression garment is required for best results.
WHAT AREAS CAN BE TREATED?
Any areas on the face and neck with saggy skin can be treated. This includes the double chin, jowls and other areas with deep lines and loose skin.
HOW IS THIS BETTER THAN A FACELIFT?
By avoiding an excisional facelift procedure, patients will be scar free and will benefit from reduced post-procedural swelling and discomfort. This is a less traumatic process with a natural looking result.
HOW QUICKLY WILL I SEE RESULTS?
Results can be seen immediately, with best results noticeable after 6 months, and continuing up to 12 months.

Morpheus8
Morpheus8 is a new subdermal adipose remodeling device (SARD) that fractionally remodels and contours the face and body. Penetrating deep into the skin and fat, this morphs the aging face of body into a more desired smooth and sleek appearance, for all skin tones. Morpheus8 can penetrate deeper into the skin than any other microneedling device, going as deep as 4mm. Patient comfort is a major advantage of this device because of the sharper needles and tiny punctures it causes in the skin without tugging or pulling. M8 can be used for, but is not limited to treating wrinkles, acne scars, stretch marks surgical scars and more.
WHAT IS MORPHEUS8?
MORPHEUS8 is a fractional skin treatment that stimulates collagen production of the underlying layers of the dermis. By targeting the deeper layers of the skin, the building blocks will reorganize themselves in a natural anti-aging process.
WHAT IS MICRONEEDLING WITH RADIO FREQUENCY?
Radiofrequency is a type of energy that has been scientifically proven to provoke collagen remodeling. Microneedling is a technique of creating tiny puncture wounds in the superficial dermis to stimulate an increase in the production of collagen, elastin, and new skin cells. Several radiofrequency devices have been developed in the past decade. This energy is safe and effective for cosmetic improvements that include scar reduction and skin tightening. The Morpheus 8 combines the two, delivering the thermal energy of radiofrequency waves to deeper layers of tissue via the adjustable microneedles. Ultimately, micro-needling with radiofrequency affects both the epidermis and the dermis for maximum results.
WHAT AREAS CAN BE TREATED?
Morpheus8 can be used on any areas that can benefit from sub-dermal renewal. The most treated areas include the lower face and neck. Areas of the face and body that exhibit wrinkles, discoloration or acne scarring are suitable for treatment.
HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?
Depending on your Morpheus8 treatment regime you can expect to have between 1-3 sessions.
HOW QUICKLY WILL I SEE RESULTS?
Visible results can be seen within a few days, but typically after three weeks the most noticeable results appear. Improvements continue up to three months after treatment.
WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF FRACTIONATED ENERGY?
Fractionated RF energy is a scientifically proven method to reduce wrinkles and rebuild collagen and fat. It is minimally invasive, using a matrix of micro pins to renew deeper layers of the skin with almost no patient downtime.
CAN ANYONE USE MORPHEUS8?
The benefit of Morpheus8’s color blind technology is that it can be used on all skin types. The unique properties allow even darker tones to be treated.
WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF RF ENERGY?
RF energy heats the deep layers of the skin in a controlled way to revitalize the collagen. The treatment will improve skin complexion and texture for a more radiant and youthful appearance.
CAN THIS BE USED IN COMBINATION WITH OTHER TREATMENTS?
Yes, Morpheus8 can be used in the same treatment session, or a few days after other treatments.
What are the side effects with Morpheus8?
Side effects of Morpheus 8 may include transient redness and swelling. It is possible that some patients may experience temporary bruising. The microneedling aspect of treatment may leave tiny points on the skin that crust and flake off. Mild tenderness or soreness may result from the absorption of RF energy and can be managed with over-the-counter pain medication. Our team will discuss the side effects that you might experience during your consultation and decision regarding the extent of your treatment plan.
WHEN CAN I PUT MAKE-UP ON AFTER TREATMENT?
Since patient downtime is minimal, makeup can be applied 1 to 2 days after the treatment. Patients should expect to see micro lesions a few days after treatment and slight redness for up to 1 week depending on treatment parameters.
WHAT KIND OF POST PROCEDURE CARE IS REQUIRED?
Patients should moisturize the treatment area and avoid direct sun exposure. It is also recommended that patients use a good, broad spectrum sunscreen every day. In addition to reducing their future risk of skin cancer, sunscreens also reduce wrinkles and slow the aging process.

AccuTite
This is a non-surgical radiofrequency skin tightening technology that allows Dr. Tebyanian treat areas that are typically hard to target because of the curvature, size and underlying delicate structures like the eye. AccuTite strength comes in its accuracy and precision, which achieve significant results in a very small amount of time. AccuTite offers a quick and efficient alternative to many types of cosmetic surgery, with minimal pain and downtime.
What areas do AccuTite treat:
- Upper eyelids
- Lower eyelids
- Brow
- Nasolabila folds
- Jowls
- Neck
- Knees
- Elbows
- Bra fat
How Does AccuTite work?
Just Like FaceTite, AccuTite uses radifrequency to melt (lipolysis) the fat cells which will result in overlying skin tightening. The handpiece goes underneath the skin and releases heat energy, tightening the skin from within and melting fat. When the radiofrequency runs from under the skin through the soft tissue, it meets resistance. This creates heat, which causes the skin to contract, which in turn triggers the production of collagen. This is where the results come from.
What to Expect
Patients will begin to see small changes in the first week, and 60% to 70% more by week six. The new collagen will continue to build and look better and better for up to a year. And as long as you don’t gain a lot of weight, the results from AccuTite are permanent.
What are treatments like?
AccuTite treatments are safe, in-office procedures that are very quick and convenient. Local anesthesia or IV sedation can be used for optimal patient comfort. The handpiece that is used is very small—in fact, it can fit in the palm of your hand. The needle used is also small, even smaller than an IV needle or a piercing needle, with a very fine needle tip diameter.
Once you arrive for your AccuTite treatment, you will be given a local anesthetic or for patients who rather be sedated will be put to sleep first. The hand-held device will be inserted under the skin, and the electrode will be placed on the surface of your skin. The radiofrequency energy is transferred from the probe to the electrode, melting fat cells and tightening the skin.
